Customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect items received
- Unopened and unused, in original packaging
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or damaged.
